AMS-02 Installed - The long wait is over... |

After many years of design, build and testing, the AMS02 AlphaMagnetic Spectrometer is now mounted on the side of the ISS. Within hours, it was fired up and communicating with control, waiting to collect information on particle events it was designed to locate.
It wasnt waiting long.
