Description
The ISD10B is composed of a silicon photodetector in a hermetically sealed small outline surface mount package, suitable for operating in temperatures ranging between -55°C to +125°C.
The ISD10B is being used in environments encountered by space applications and high reliability applications. Package styles for this device include a 3-pin small outline surface mount package, with solder dip option available.
Absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical specifications and performance characteristics are identical for all units. Any exceptions, due to packaging variations and limitations, are as noted in the datasheet.
