We are delighted to announce that ISOCOM has been rated “excellent” in an independent test report assessing our optocouplers' radiation survival capabilities in space environments. The evaluation, conducted by Alter Technology, one of Europe's leading test house consultants, focused on optocouplers for our existing customers and measured their performance under ESA standard radiation conditions.
TEST HIGHLIGHTS
- Radiation Withstanding: Minimum 100KRad(SI)
- Displacement Damage: 1Mev at 10-12
- CTR Performance: 85% after radiation test at 10mA input current and 5V operation.
- Leakage Current: Extremely low in nano amps
KEY OUTCOMES
The radiation tests reveal that ISOCOM optocouplers demonstrate:
- High reliability
- Low degradation
- Robust survivability in space environments

The impressive test results can be attributed to several key factors, including:

- We are certified to AS9100D and ISO9001 quality standards, offering comprehensive screening capabilities in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-PRF-38534.
