Introducing 4-Pin LCC Phototransistor Optocouplers

We are proud to introduce our 4-pin LCC phototransistor optocoupler, the CSM100.

The CSM100 has been radiation tested at the University of Indiana's Cyclotron Facility (IUCF) at Bloomington, IN using 200-MeV for Displacement damage of up to 1013 combining key specifications important to power supply designers.

Some examples of applications for the CSM100 series include:

  • • DC-DC converters
  • • Battery chargers
  • • General-purpose switching circuits
  • • Programmable controllers

These devices offer a small form factor (2 mm max. package height and 1.27 mm lead pitch) to accommodate designs with limited board real estate; higher temperature operation (-55°C to +125°C) for system reliability; selectable CTR ranges characterised at low LED currents for design flexibility; 90 V breakdown voltage; and high isolation voltage (1000 Vrms) for desirable insulation characteristics. These features allow power supplies to deliver the maximum usable power over a wider temperature range.

These optocouplers are Halogen-free, Pb-free and RoHS-compliant to meet green environmental initiatives.
