Description
This device is a single, hermetically sealed optically coupled isolators. It is composed of a infra-red emitting diode and a silicon phototransistor. The CSM452 is being used in environments typically encountered by space applications. Package styles for this device include 4 Pin LCC Package with a solder dip option available. Therefore, absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical specifications and performance characteristics are identical for all units.
