Description
This device is a single channel, hermetically sealed and optically coupled isolator. It is composed of an infrared emitting diode and a silicon phototransistor.
The CS249 is being used in environments encountered by space applications. Package styles for this device include a 6-pin DIP package, with surface mount and solder dip options available.
