CS3043

These devices are single, hermetically sealed optically coupled isolators. Each channel is composed of a Gallium Arsenide infra-red emitting diode coupled to a silicon detector performing the function of a zero voltage crossing bilateral triac driver.

The CS304x series is being used in environments encountered by space applications. It is manufactured and screened in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534 (please see next page for all other applicable specifications). This device is available in a 6-Pin DIP package, with surface mount, solder dip options available.

Absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical specifications and performance characteristics are identical for all units. Any exceptions, due to packaging variations and limitations, are as noted
