Description
This device is a hermetically sealed, single channel optically coupled isolator. It consists of a Gallium Arsenide infrared emitting diode and a silicon darlington phototransistor. The breakdown voltage of this component is 350V and a high CTR of up to 1000% at 25o.
The CSM11G is being used in environments encountered by space applications. Package styles include a 6-Pad LCC package.
