Description
This device is a single-channel, hermetically sealed optically coupled isolator. It is composed of a Gallium Arsenide infra-red emitting diode and a silicon phototransistor. This device is being used in harsh radiation environments encountered by space applications but can also be used for military and aerospace applications. This device is available in a TO-78 metal can package, with solder dip option available.
