Description
The high performance ISM120NT4-19 is a 1200V/19A N-channel MOSFET that has been specifically designed for harsh environments, such as space, defence, aerospace, and other high reliability applications such as aircraft control systems.
The ISM120NT4-19 combines the traditional MOSFET benefits of fast switching, voltage control and temperature stability, with low RDS(ON)with low gate charge; making it ideal for use in DC-DC converters and motor control.
The ISM120NT4-19 is available in a TO-257 package, with solder dip option available.
