Description
This series of voltage regulators are available in the featured output voltages and all have
ultra‐low dropout specifications due to the utilisation of a super PNP output pass transistor
with monolithic technology. Typical to this configuration dropout voltages are 350mV at 3
Amps which lowers power dissipation and drives efficiency up, with a guaranteed accuracy
of 1% maximum output voltage tolerance. These devices are packaged in a 3-pin TO-257 power
package available in lead form or surface mount, with solder dip option available.
