Description
The IS109 2.5V shunt regulators with excellent initial voltage tolerance of ±5mV with very good temperature stability. The adjustment terminal allows the reference voltage to be adjusted to compensate for system errors and features a wide current range with low dynamic impedance over the full temperature range. These devices are packaged in a 10-pin flatpack package and available in lead form or surface mount, with solder dip option available.
